Is your equipment suitable for both baseball and softball?
Yes! Many of our products are designed for both baseball and softball use. Look for items specifically labeled “Baseball/Softball” in their descriptions. When in doubt, check the product specifications or contact our customer service team.
How do I know what size to order for apparel and protective gear?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. For protective equipment like chest protectors, we recommend measuring according to our guidelines and comparing with the size chart. If you’re between sizes or need assistance, our customer service team can help you select the right fit.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most locations! Currently, we’re unable to ship to some Asian countries and remote areas due to logistical constraints. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable options tailored for baseball needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – ideal when you need gear fast (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – perfect for teams or seasonal orders (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
Our Jacksonville-based team processes all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (spring training, tournaments), please allow extra processing time. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Check with your local customs office for estimates.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Simply contact us at

Who pays for return shipping?

How long do refunds take?
